Condo is 4 miles from airport, 711 S. Galena St. Taxi or ride free bus to condo. From condo, walk in ski boots to gondola, across the street. Walk to grocery, shops , restaurants, etc.

• Free on site parking, no need for car, walk to everything.
  -"Garden Level Condo", down 5 stairs to the unit.
  -No Service animals allowed due to owner medical allergy conditions. Medical documentation is on file with Airbnb making this condo eligible by law to not be required to accept Medical Service Animal.

-1 Queen Bed, 2 Day Bed sofas, new refrigerator, microwave, range and dishwasher, all are stainless steel.
--No air-conditioning, but not needed due to how cool the unit stays in summer.
-Bath has private door from bedroom and door for hall entry (2 entries)
-washer and dryer in unit for use.
-Guest have access to: Pool & Jacuzzi, pool towels in linen closet
I want to clarify the private condo is "Garden Level". You go down 5 steps in order to get to the unit, so it is partial underground with large windows to allow light with no scenic view of mountains.
-Our condo has a guest limit of 3 persons. UNPERMITTED additional guests will be charged $150/night per unpermitted guest. Please remember that children age 2 or older count as "guests."

No need to use car, everything in town is in walking distance. Free Bus for Aspen Highlands, Snowmass, Buttermilk is located one block away. Rafta Bus also goes to down Valley to Glenwood or Basalt area.

There is a Nespresso Vertuo machine in the condo, but you will need to bring your own Vertuo pods, there is no where to purchase pods in Aspen. The area is fabulous for walking to shopping, dinner or Apres Ski after skiing.
