There is a hall bathroom with a tub/shower. It had four beach towels, two sand chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and a wagon for easy walking to the beach. It’s about a 1/2 mile walk to beach. There is a pool but we did not use it as we are beach goers, but the pool area looked nice. The restaurants on Ocean Blvd are just steps away from the condo. Communication with Derek was effortless. He provided easy instructions through the entire process and all questions were answered immediately." (10/5)
