It was great. The creek in back makes the stay.
Great location with assigned parking spot. Easy walking distance to nearly all of Aspen! Place is exactly as described and creek out the back porch was wonderful ambiance. Both front and back porches have a “step over” edge that is not a problem unless you are unsteady on your feet or have impaired mobility. But Great Place and I’d stay again and recommend to friends. Aspen is $$, and given that- this was by far the nicest “affordably” priced choice. It was so reasonably priced for Aspen I was worried it might be older or not as nice as described… but it was exactly as described and very comfortable for two couples.
Derek’s home was absolutely lovely. Had all the amenities and space that we needed! The proximity to the river was a clincher. It was so amazing to grab coffee and sit out back and even fall asleep to the sound of the water. We come up to Aspen often and we’d definitely stay here again!
